LESC is very much a family-based club, as a result of which many youngsters take part in the summer-long series of Youth races, designed to whet their appetites for competitive sailing and to forge relationships with the club and the rest of the membership.
Regular turnouts with good numbers of boats show the youngsters' willingness to commit their efforts into learning and enjoying this sport. It's hard work for them and they love it!
